  We had an awesome stay here! Gabriel and Vincent were great and went above and beyond to ensure our trip to Rio was as enjoyable as possible, even giving us recommendations and setting up activities for us! Highly recommended.

  Literally a stone throw from the beach. It’s a beautiful unit, with ample space and bedrooms. You won’t regret booking it. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

  Where do I begin, my clients were so impressed with this home. The house was exactly as pictured with an amazing view of Rio. The group had more than enough space and was greeted in a timely manner at arrival. Gabe (the concierge) was extremely helpful from beginning to end. I am a travel agent who is a stickler about details and pre-planning and to have such great communication and customer service from Gabe and the Goitaca staff made planning so much easier. The guests were extremely impressed by the chef service offered by Goitaca for an additional cost. Gabe was there to assist with all of my client's needs. He also set up in-home Covid testing for the group. His flexibility and responsiveness made it easy to resolve or prevent any issues from arising. The home was equipped with the necessary essentials and nearby local restaurants and stores. The group had minimal walking distances to places like the beach and nightlife, which was perfect. The only suggestion that the group had was to obtain a driver through Goitaca as many of the Ubers do not like to drive up the street the condominium is on. I absolutely look forward to sending more clients to Goitaca for stays in Rio! Thanks again, Gabe! Truly appreciate you!

  AMAZING place. The location is right along the beach - not even a 1 minute walk and you’re on the sand. The concierge manager, Gabriel, was so helpful and made our trip better than we expected. He helped arrange car rides, in-home chef breakfast, laundry services, made dinner reservations for us, and more. Between the beautiful penthouse and Gabriel’s service, this place is a MUST. Would definitely come back again.

  The Goitaca team did a wonderful job taking care of us. No issues with check-in, check out, or the apartment. The space is gorgeous and the location is perfect. You won't do better at this price point - just do it.

  Great value for the size and amount of rooms. Perfect for multiple couples or groups of friends to have their own space and bathrooms. The description is accurate regarding the location near the Favellas which was not an issue for us at all. The location is good since the walk is only 10 minutes to the beach and close to Ipanema and Copacabana. We stayed during carnival so it was noisy but after carnival was over it was not bad. Would definitely stay again.

  This is a fantastic apartment, in a equally fantastic location. The apartment itself is super comfortable, with a really chic terrace that has a beach and city view in either direction (staying in Rio without a terrace like this one—I wouldn’t recommend). All the other essential amenities for having a smooth visit to Rio, the apartment comes very well equipped with. Special shout-out to the hosts of the apartment: they provided an exceptional level of service and attention throughout my stay, making my stay in this apartment that much more fantastic (thank you!!).

  The place was absolutely beautiful! Way more spacious than expected and the roof deck was wonderful. Great, central location and the team was incredibly responsive. One of the best hosts and experiences I've ever had with AirBnB!

  Large amazing apartment right on Ipanema beach. Each room with their own suite, shower, AC, closet. Host is very responsive and offers breakfast, lunch, laundry, cleaning. Can’t wait to be back

  They stay was perfectly located near Ipanema. The communication was great from beginning to end. There were many options that included preparing a New years eve dinner along with airport pickup and other services. My friends could not have been happier with their stay. Definitely stay here again.

  Good place to stay. Spacious and clean bedrooms. Fantastic view from the balcony. It is a little close to favelas but its still a good area in terms of it being near leblon. Would visit again

  Great location and host. We fit twelve people in comfortably for five nights. The unit is apparently two joined units. Having two small kitchens and multiple living areas was great for such a large group. There is also a red and green led strip in the ceiling along the sliding door. It can change the mood when having a few drinks with your group before going out. It was a bit odd that the remote to the AC changed the colors though. Being a half block from the beach perfect and made the trip for my group. We also had very quick responses anytime we had a question. Overall a great experience.

  This place was as listed and actually a lot better than I could have imagined. The area around the house is not the best (coming from an American) but it was never a problem and very authentic we really enjoyed it! Amazing view off the balconies and large bedrooms and tons of extra space to hang out. The accommodations and support from the team was amazing and they helped me through all of the travel plans including transportation and setting up Covid tests. I will definitely come stay here again in the future if I have enough people. We had 6 guys and it was a perfect amount of space for us. I’m sure 10 people would have no problem at all being very comfortable and you could fit in a lot more of you don’t require a lot of space for each person. Best vacation ever!

  This space is perfect for a group. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath and all of them were double beds with one King Suite.

Communication was fantastic. Fast to respond, professional and very thorough. While we didn’t seek many of the additional services Goitaca offered, we very much appreciated knowing that so much assistance was available to us.

We would definitely return to this apartment in the future.

The location was unbeatable to Ipanema Beach and a convenient walk to everything in IPA / Copa.

  A casa realmente é muito moderna e bem bonita. Ótimo lugar para receber gente e fazer festa. O local inicialmente da medo, dado que é quase na entrada de uma favela, mas é um lugar seguro. Nos sentimos confortáveis. Um ponto que é importante e descobrimos somente depois de chegarmos lá: é melhor ir sempre por ipanema, e se vc estiver indo do aeroporto, o taxi te joga direto por Copa, que é uma entrada um pouco pior. O taxi pode não querer subir.

Os serviços deixaram um pouco a desejar, pois tivemos alguns problemas de comunicação com o pessoal. A gerente nos falou no final que ela teve problemas de saúde. Nada que atrapalhasse a viagem.

O preço do estacionamento e do café da manhã que oferecem pareceu um pouco alto.

No geral, nota 7 de 10.

  Great stay in Ipanema ! The location is great . Right across from the beach , as well as many bars, stores and restaurants. I highly recommend Ubering around . We ubered from the penthouse to the airport and it was about $6 USD (a 20 minute ride) ... unbelievable! Thiago was extremely helpful and communicated throughout our stay . I highly recommend

  Amazing Lofts! Alex attended to every detail. The lofts have a great terrace where you can sped an amazing time with your friends. A decoration of really good taste and quality, it was really an over the top experience. We decided to add breakfast to our stay and was absolutely delicious. If you are thinking to stay in Rio this is the place!
